According to the report that Bret suffered from a “subarachnoid hemorrhage,” which is the bleeding at the base of his brain stem that has a high fatality rate.  Excellent medical care is needed for him to recover.

The doctor also mentioned that the next 48 hours will be very critical for the Rock of Love star.  He should be closely monitored until his fully recovered.  Once that happens, Bret will have to undergo some specialist therapy to prevent a second bleed from ever happening.  Second ‘bleeds’ have a 70% fatality rate.
