13 injured while 2 are under critical condition after a plane crash on the Internal Revenue building in Austin, Texas, Thursday February 18, 2010.
Joseph A. Stack, 53, a software engineer was said to be angry with the Internal Revenue Service made a suicide attack on the agency by crashing his small plane into an office building containing nearly 200 employees.
According to the report at least one person in the building was missing. The FBI is still investigating the case.
The incident was very similar to the September 11 2001 World Trade Center attack when the two WTC towers where attack by terrorist using passenger jet planes that sacrificed many lives.
